Clambakes and a Date Night

The other day I was really craving lobster...I had just had some a few nights before, but can you ever really get enough lobster? Anyway, I decided to go to the market and pick up a couple of "lobs" for dinner. By the way, these things are not cheap!! So, I wanted to have a mini clambake ready for Rob to surprise him when he came home from work. He ended up having to stay at work a little bit late so this gave me some time to get everything prepared. Can I just say YYYUUUUUMMMMMMM!!! What a great dinner we had. Even Lily and the girls were excited about it. The only thing that was not good was having to drop those little suckers into the boiling water. I am such a hypocritical vegetarian!!

And in other news, we are going to see a movie tonight!! I hate going to the movies! In fact since 1991 I have only seen5 movies in a movie theater. I just don't like having to commit to sitting in one place for that long...I know, it is very strange! Anyway, we are going to see 'Knocked Up' and I am pretty excited actually. Rob asked me if it would be allright if he went to see Spider Man while I saw Knocked Up. I am pretty sure that it cannot be considered a date unless we are at least sitting in the same theater!! Maybe I will just love the movie theater experince and we can make it a weekly thing..I doubt it though! Fortunately Rob doesn't mind going to the movies by himself on his days off so he can go see Spider Man next week. Have a great night and I will report back tomorrow on the movie!!
