Well, you are going to have to wait on this post because blogger is not letting me post pictures for some reason. How annoying! The Grammy gone wild post will be up as soon as I can get the pictures to come up. In the meantime, I would like to tell you about something my wonderful husband did for me last night. He came home from work with 2 HUGE lobsters! Since he didn't get home until almost midnight last night we didn't have them for dinner. Instead I woke up early this morning and cracked them open and pulled them apart and made a kick butt lobster salad. Here is the recipe:
A Lot of Lobster
A Little Bit of Mayo
A Medium Amount of Chopped Celery
A Lot of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
A Huge Roll Toasted with Butter (A Lot of It!)
That's It!!
We each had a bite and then put it in the fridge to get nice and cold. Unfortunately we work opposite schedules today so he'll have his for lunch and I'll have to wait for dinner. What are the chances he will leave me 1/2 and not try to sneak a little bit extra? I guess that I'll find out tonight. I would love it if this became a weekly surprise. Once a week lobsters would not be a bad thing!! (Hint Hint Mr. Bowen) I'll check in a little bit later to see if I can get the pics to post. Happy Monday!
