Today was our first anniversary and boy has a lot happened in one year! We actually celebrated last night because Rob had to work tonight but we had the best time! We went to The Chart Room for dinner and it was pretty much a perfect night. We took Lily Bee with us and sat outside with her while we had a drink and watched the sunset. The weather was perfect...it was one of those early fall nights when you can finally throw on your jeans and a sweater! The sky looked amazing after the sun went down and the moon was so bright.

This morning on our actual anniversary we woke up, opened presents, and had our 1 year old cake. The woman who made our cupcakes for our wedding made us a small cake to celebrate with on our anniversary. I can't believe how well it held up in that cake box in the freezer...it was actually really good!

I had mentioned a while back to Rob that I really wanted to get an Elizabeth Mumford print for the "Tug's" nursery because she is one of my favorite artists (we have 3 of them in our living room). So, guess what that wonderful husband of mine did...HE REMEMBERED!! I woke up this morning to find this box on the kitchen table.
And this is the print that he picked out...
I love you Mr. You are the best husband anyone could ask for and I can't wait for all of the adventures that we will share in our future.

We have never responded to a blog before. but wanted to wish you & Rob a Happy Anniversary! Can't believe it has been a year since you have married,what a beautiful day that was.
