They just made my day...

and they probably don't even realize it! So, I am back at work today after having the last 2 days off...and I just had the 2 nicest ladies come in. First just let me explain that I don't always have the nicest customers in the world. Usually they act very entitled and treat me like I am their personal servant. No "pleases" or "thank yous". I have had men watch me unroll a 50 lb rug at 8 months pregnant without ever asking me if they can help. They will literally stand there with their arms folded annoyed that I am not doing it fast enough. Whatever, it is my job,and as long as I am still working I have to be able to do my job even if it is a little bit more physical than I would like. Well, everything changed this morning when these 2 "perfect" ladies came into the shop. They were so nice and kept telling me that they couldn't believe that I was only 5 weeks away from my due date. We chatted for awhile about being pregnant and about their grown children and then they were on their way. As they were walking out the door one turned to the other and said,"Wow, I still can't get over how great she looks." And then the other one responded back to her, "I know and what a pretty girl." I almost died! I wanted to chase after them and give them both a huge hug! They totally made not only my day, but my week, and my year!! Awhile back I did a post about the fact that noone was noticing that I was pregnant and how it was really starting to bother me. Well, at this stage in the game I am absolutely loving that people think that I look small for 35 weeks! The "tug" is growing perfectly and measuring exactly where she should be so I guess I am just lucky to be carrying her the way I am. It is amazing to me how an overheard comment from 2 strangers can make a girl feel so good. I think today is going to be a great day! I hope you all have a great day too!
