Daddy's voice is very soothing to Miss Payson. So, when it is her bedtime he walks her around the house talking to her in his deep voice. When I asked him the other night what he says to her he told me that he had just finished telling her how to winterize a room. What? Turns out that he has been winterizing rooms at work and so he told her step-by-step how he does it. As you can imagine this topic of conversation put her to sleep. Whatever works, right? He is so amazing with her and you can already tell that she loves her daddy so much.
Rob's nickname for Payson is PC. It stands for Puppet Chin. This picture really shows off that cute little chin. When all of the excitement had wore down at the hospital and we were finally able to take a nice long look at our daughter I noticed her chin right away. It reminded me of a wooden marionette puppet. What can I say...the nickname stuck.
