So I have decided to make Payson's baby food. I like the idea of knowing exactly what is going into her tiny little baby body. It really is so easy and takes very little time. I had a lot of fun in the kitchen last night whipping everything up and now I have a freezer full of green bean, sweet potato, peach, plum/banana and pear baby food. In another week or 2 we will get to see what she thinks of her momma's cooking. Oh, and about the title of the post...my mom is sure that once we have more children I will look back and laugh at thismbecause I will not have the time or the energy to be laking baby food from scratch. She's probably right, but for now Miss Payson is going to get only the best!

It's so easy... and WAY WAY CHEAPER!!!!
;)
If you're on the cape, the healthfood store in centerville has the best baby food for when you do need it in a jar... it actually looks/tastes like what it is... and it's cheaper then the other organic stuff.
I've never used the baby food in jars. But, I was way more into making separate balanced meals for Ava (my first baby) than I do for poor Lilla. She just gets mushed bits of what we're eating.
