Payson had a big sister last week and she loved every minute of it. Our friends David and Sheila went out of town so we took care of their daughter Summer for a couple of nights. She and Payson instantly bonded and I must say that it was nice to have an "almost 7 year-old" helper. After picking Summer up at school one day we headed over to Heritage Plantation for the afternoon.
They have a beautiful antique carousel. Summer loved it but Payson was completely freaked. She didn't like the loud music and all of the horses "chasing" her. It didn't help that we were the only ones on it so it was going soooo fast. I think I almost got motion sick...seriously.
They also have a beautiful antique car museum and the girls got to sit in one of the old cars.
And, gorgeous gardens.

We're members there... we should meet up with you sometime! they have some great things for kids. did you go into the new kids garden room? It's so cute!
Summer is getting HUGE! I haven't seen her since she was like 4!
