I hope I don't jinx anything by saying this but we have the best sleeper and her name is Payson Jayne. She sleeps for 12 hours at night and then goes down for her first nap at 9:30. Each time she is ready to snooze she says "night-night" and puts her finger up to her mouth and says "Shhhh". It is pretty much the most wonderful thing in the world. Yesterday when she was at Gram's house she walked to the bottom of the staircase and said, "Night-night. My mom brought her right up and put her in her crib. When I go in to check on her at night she will usually wake up a little bit and look at me and shhhh me. In other words...get the heck out of my room mommy, I am trying to sleep! I hope she continues to snooze like this until she starts school...a mom can dream right?

that is TOO precious! we have a girl that says "shhh" too, but not in her bed yet. i'm totally working on that one!
Oh my- what a perfect angel. can she come over and teach my little one how to sleep properly...so I can catch some ZZZZZZZZs?
