What the little miss can do...

Says any and all one syllable words

Say sunshine, stop-and-shop, and tubby-time

Spell her name (well the p, a, and o at least)

Point out and say the numbers 3,6,and 7

She knows her colors but prefers to call everything RED.

Finish a popsicle in under 2 minutes

Take the cap off a marker and snap it back on

Push the cats off the top of the couch while yelling "uh-oh"

Asks for help, a hand (when going down a step), and always wants to walk,walk

Says night,night at the end of each book

Says night,night religiously every night to Lily, mama,dada, kitties, snow, light, potty,tubby,elmo,candy (the stripper horse),duck, and Zee (her zebra). The nighttime routine is not quick but she sleeps 12 hours at night

She has transitioned from two 1/2-2 hr naps to one 3-4 hour nap. She is a sleeping rockstar!!

Choose the books that she would like to read before naptime and bedtime

Asks for "but-but" (butterfly kisses)

Gives the best squeezes and mooches

Squirts herself in the face with a squirt bottle over and over again until she is soaked, all while laughing hysterically.

I am embarassed to say that she LOVES Sid the Science Kid and Super Why on PBS. I always said that I wouldn't let her watch tv until she was older. Then reality and working from home set in...I secretly love Sid the Science Kid too.

She is fascinated with bugs, leaves, flowers, seeds and all things nature. I am very proud! Give her a box of toys or a daddy long leg spider and she will choose the spider anyday

She is finally interested in the balloons at Trader Joe's. I always wondered when we would walk out of there with our very own balloon. The day has come and Lily is not happy about it. She is not a fan of balloons so the ride home with Lily and the balloon in the car was interesting to say the least.

She is a very happy sleeper. When I go in to check on her before Rob and I go to bed I can kiss her and she will wake up just enough to smile and say night-night. Melts my heart everytime.
If needed I can also change her diaper in her crib without fear of her waking up and crying.
