Miss Pay and I had a date this morning. We needed a little alone time to reconnect so I took Pay to have her very first manicure. My little bug-lover was thrilled to trade in the dirt under her nails for some bright pink polish with white polka dots. Since she has not had a lot of practice being a girly-girl, the polka dots were more like white smears before we got out of the parking lot. She loves her "beautiful nails" anyway...I loved the time we got to spend together, just my Pay and me.
Later in the day the boys joined us for a walk around the neighborhood. We take these walks almost every day around the time the bunnies are out in the yards finding their dinner. Pay loves to search for them and today she brought her new net in hopes of catching one or 2.
Lily is starting to look nice and trim from all of these extra walks...hopefully the mama will start to trim down too!

What a fun girls' day! Payson, I still haven't mastered the art of leaving the nail salon without botching my nails. It is a tough skill to master!
