We hope everyone had a wonderful and sunny 4th!
We headed out on Uncle Shan's boat and had a blast! It was Payson's first time on a boat and she really loved every bit of it.

She even got to do some fishing. She was so excited that she kept "catching" the shiny lure:

The tide was perfect and we were able to anchor off this sandbar and go exploring. Here she is with her favorite uncle Shan:

The bear stayed home with Gram.  Not much new with him...he is growing like a weed, standing up with help, not wanting to even try to roll over,  and needing to be swaddled extra tight to keep from breaking free.  Here he is with our new swaddle method...notice the knot at the bottom of the blanket.  This is to keep him from slipping down and out of the blanket..Houdini Bowen.  He really prefers to be held.  Unfortunately he does not like any type of carrier which makes things difficult when we are chasing around the Pay.  He does love his swing but his head is getting flat in the back so we are trying to limit his time on his back.  Again, this is very difficult since he is not sitting up yet.  But, he is sweet as can be and his smiles and laughs melt our hearts.

 And his big sister LOVES him A LOT!
